Applies information and analysis effectively in designing and delivering the action plan. — Designs an action plan and applies five pieces of relevant information taken from the action plan. — Information may include: – applying appropriate screening techniques – applying appropriate and safe fitness tests – applying safe techniques in preparation of client for exercise – applying safe and appropriate techniques (including frequency, time, intensity) – offering appropriate advice regarding lifestyle changes – offering advice on dietary requirements This evidence may be demonstrated in the appendix section (ie training programme, dietary guidelines, screening procedures).
